Travel Photography
Travel photography is a genre of photography that involves taking pictures of landscapes and pretty views when you travel. travel photographer’s salaries can range from around $31 700-$41 000 per year. To become a travel photographer you must complete high school, but most photographers also attend post secondary school to get a diploma.
To be a travel photographer, you must be able to capture the perfect picture quickly and have a strong visual analysis. They also and have to have strong social skill to communicate with people from all over that world as they travel.
There aren’t many employment prospects for travel photographers. Once they graduate, they would most likely have to start their own business.
Some tips and ideas that may improve your travel photography photos:
-Set your camera in burst mode-so that if your subject is moving you can get many different photos of it.
-Have patience-especially in crowded places
-Carry a small tripod
-Plan ahead-look at the forecast
Part 2
My trip to school
1. The strength of my finished work is that the photos were dark and have a lot of shadows which represents how I feel about waking up early in the morning. I used framing a lot in these photos to draw the viewers attention.
2. The weakness of my finished work is that they were mostly photos that look very similar. I didn’t have a wide variety, they all had darker exposures.
3. If I were to do this project again, I would definitely plan it out more. I wish I could have taken more photos, or actually traveled somewhere to take photos. I wish I had been more creative and thought about the different photo compositions while I was taking photos.
